Is Coaching right for me?
1. Corporate Coaching comes in handy for people juggling multiple priorities and tasks and who are caught up in the day to day running of organizations, who are facing fresh opportunities, or dealing with threats, challenges, problems and crises in their workplaces.

2. Life Coaching is beneficial to people facing change in any area of their lives. This may include setting new goals to take their lives in a new direction. In the case of people dealing with major upheaval in their lives or returning to the workforce after taking a long break, they may be hitting the reset button and focusing on reinventing their lives.

3. Retirement Coaching appeals to people over the age of 40 who want to create a lifestyle (non-financial) plan that will facilitate their smooth transition into retirement when they are ready to do so. Given the fact that retirement is consistently among the top 10 stressors that people are likely to face in their lives, this should be a priority for most people.
We can also assist people who have already retired and are struggling with the "dark side of retirement", which for some people includes loss of purpose and meaning in their lives, loss of social connection, loneliness, depression and what to do with all the extra time on their hands.
